The Stock Exchange is honored with the 2016 Amec Corporate Events Award
The proposal to merge BM&FBOVESPA’s and Cetip’s operations was the winner of the 2016 Amec Corporate Events Award granted by Amec – the Association of Capital Market Investors – on October 27th.
The Amec Corporate Events Award was conceived with the objective of publicly encouraging companies that adopt the best corporate governance practices, providing them with positive visibility and the opportunity to publicize in a corporate event considered exemplary by Amec’s members.

During the 2016 Amec Investors Forum, BM&FBOVESPA hold a panel about the changes in Novo Mercado, graced with the participation of Edemir Pinto, CEO, and Flavia Mouta, Director of Issuers Regulations for BM&FBOVESPA.
